Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States only. We don't accept international orders.

Cost. A flat $5.00 per order, shown separately at checkout before you pay.

When it ships. Every order is packed and shipped by the author. Orders ship within 3 business days of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays).

Carrier and delivery time. We ship with USPS Media Mail, which usually takes 2 to 8 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Packaging. Every book ships in a protective mailer to keep the corners and cover intact.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us before your order ships and we'll fix it. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you confirm the right address, and a second $5 shipping charge may apply.

Damaged in transit. Email a photo to deepdivefile@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace your book at no cost. All other sales are final. See the refund policy.
